A
GEORGE DEUKMEJIAN,Governor
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD—
CENTRAL VALLEY REGION
3443 ROUTIER ROAD3..r.
SACRAMENTO,CA 95827-3098
APR 2 G 1989
26 April 1989.
T&T Trucking; Inc-..
E 11396 North 99 Highway
Lodi , CA 95240
REPORT OF WASTE, DISCHARGE, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
We have reviewed your Report of Waste Discharge, dated 3 April 1989, and have
determined that your facility does not require Waste Discharge Requirements
since your discharge is fully contained and hauled off--site. However, the San
Joaquin Local- Health District does regulate this type of disposal system. You
should contact the Health District to determine their requirements.
Your plan also shows that you have several drywells. Although they are
acceptable to, the Department of Public Works, we are concerned about the wells
near potential fuel spill areas. Specifically, near the fuel island and fuel
storage. Runoff from these areas should be discharged to the stormwate.r pond
rather than the drywells to prevent ground water contamination in the event of
a fuel spill .
If you have any questions, please contact Twila Leclerc at (916) 361-5673.
GARY A REENTS
Senior Engineer
TLL:ej
cc: San 'Joaquin`Local Health District,-Stockton
Department of Public Works, LodF-
{
