Grab
ground water samples were collected from three permeable zones Identified by
equipment. Soil sap
the CPT eui
samples were collected and analyzed from only one
q p
boring, CPT-1, and data from this boring indicated that MtBE was detected at 10
mg/kg at the deepest sample depth, 65' bgs. Low levels of other petroleum
contamination were present at their highest concentration in the 35' bgs soil
sample.
Boring CPT-5 was advanced in the area of the former diesel UST to address
some concerns noted by EHD. No soil samples were collected from this boring
and only two ground water grab samples were collected. TPH as diesel was
detected at 120 ug/1 from the 85' bgs sample and 180 ugll from the 110' bgs
sample.
A Site Conceptual Model (SCM) was included in the report that used data
collected from this and previous investigations to provide an overall geological
interpretation of the subsurface site conditions. Review of the SCM without
tables is difficult and increases the review time because the data must be verified
in previous reports. Please include all soil and ground water data in tables in
future updates to the SCM.
