SA-01-4 OF DANIEL LOWRY (C/O DILLON & <br /> MURPHY). <br /> The proposed project is a Site Approval application to develop a 10.17-acre parcel into a <br /> charter school. The school will operate on a conventional school schedule, running from <br /> September to June. Classes will be held Monday through Friday beginning at 8:00 a.m. <br /> and ending at 3:15 p.m. The project is to be developed in two phases as follows: <br /> Phase I <br /> • A 40,800 square foot school building. <br /> Kindergarten through fifth grade. J() <br /> 350 students— 20 faculty. 3 � <br /> Phase II <br /> • 66,600 square foot school building <br /> 15,000 square foot auditorium <br /> • Grades six through twelve <br /> • 350 additional students— 20 additional faculty <br /> The project site is located on the northeast corner of Cora Post Road and State Route <br /> 99 East Frontage Road, southeast of Lodi.
