The Site is relatively flat <br /> (Plate 8). <br /> • According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us), the subject property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture <br /> with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." <br /> Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> Existing Septic System <br /> As presented in the table above, 14 septic systems are currently located on the Site. <br /> The approximate locations of the systems are indicated on Plates 3 through 7. <br /> Proposed Septic System <br /> One or more new septic systems are proposed as part of the winery expansion. One <br /> system will serve the new warehouse building. A second system may serve the new <br /> administration building.
