The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map, is approximately 25 to 35 feet above mean sea level. The Site is relatively flat (Plate 8). • According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us), the subject property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage Existing Septic System As presented in the table above, 14 septic systems are currently located on the Site. The approximate locations of the systems are indicated on Plates 3 through 7. Proposed Septic System One or more new septic systems are proposed as part of the winery expansion. One system will serve the new warehouse building. A second system may serve the new administration building.
