• On-Site Wells <br /> Based on information provided by Delicato staff and review of permits on file at the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, it appears that 15 wells are located <br /> on the property (Table 1, Plates 3 through 7), including eight domestic wells, three <br /> process water wells, 1 potable water well at the winery, one industrial well, one irrigation <br /> well, and one well which has been destroyed. A total of 25 well permits were identified <br /> for the Site addresses from among the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department files: <br /> • January 2014 permit for pump replacement at domestic well (2980 E. French <br /> Camp). <br /> • March 1978 permit for new irrigation well (3668 French Camp). <br /> • August 1993 permit for destruction of out-of-service well (3668 French Camp). <br /> • February 2000 permit for destruction and replacement of domestic well. The <br /> permit indicates "the existing well was not destroyed" (3668 French Camp). <br /> • March 2000 permit for pump repair at well. The permit is stamped "permit may <br /> have expired without work being completed or inspected" (3668 French Camp). <br /> • • August 1975 permit for pump installation at domestic well (3900 French Camp). <br /> • December 1997 permit for repair to domestic well (3900 French Camp). <br /> • June 1979 permit for new domestic well (12001 S. Highway 99). <br /> • June 1980 permit for new domestic well (12001 S. Highway 99). <br /> • March 1981 permit for new domestic well (12001 S.
