I am an elderly individual and this is the route.that f use on <br /> a daily basis. I have lived in this area well over40 + years and with the faming <br /> industry and the service to the wineries, truck is a common issue. But due to the <br /> ever changing demands Trucks are only increasing and thus have already <br /> caused an issue at times at the on/off ramps and the access to Armstrong Rd.. <br /> With the curve on the frontage road and the anticipated access to the "proposed" <br /> Industrial Truck Terminal, it will only increase delays and conflicts if you do not <br /> consider all options for turning radii of trucks within the area. <br /> Thank you very much for your consideration. <br /> AGNES TSUTSUMI <br /> Property Owner <br /> 04 <br />
