The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the
abandonment of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which will
not continue to receive irrigation water. All private irrigation facility supply lines which may
exist will need to be properly plugged to assure that there will be no potential for flooding.
With regards to the "re-parceling", it should be noted that it is the responsibility of the
individuals involved and not the District to provide for private irrigation facilities and
easements, should it be determined that a need exists for irrigation service to the new parcels.
2. If irrigation service is to continue to these parcels or adjacent parcels, the owner shall
conform to the following requirements:
a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all parcels which do not have an
easement for access to water and show said easement on map.
b. Obtain a structure permit for new service structure connections to District facilities which
are necessary to provide service to the new parcels.
c. The design strength and diameter of the proposed private pipelines and structures shall be
adequate to handle standard delivery heads or flows for that area.
P 0.
