UP-97-10 OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP <br /> OFSTOCKTON <br /> --------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use permit application to establish a 500 seat <br /> regional church, 8,000 square foot parish hall, 13,500 square foot multi use center, and 1200 square foot <br /> parish residence. The project site is located on the east side of State Route 99 East Frontage Road, 400 <br /> feet south of Harney Lane, south of Lodi. <br /> This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on August 24, 1998. The Community <br /> Development Department has reviewed the proposed Use Permit and will be recommending that it be <br /> approved subject to the following recommended Conditions of Approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP- was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on .
