(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Roman Catholic Bishop APNs : 061-070-02 and <br /> 061-070-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (East) has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 47.5 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 47 .5 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
