PA-0200090 OF GEORGE <br /> PERRY AND SONS (APN: 197-040-13; ADDRESS: 3881 ST RT 99, <br /> WEST FRONTAGE RD, MANTECA) <br /> The applicants are proposing the construction of a 16,800 square foot building (140' X <br /> 120') in order to expand an existing agricultural packing operation consisting of 25,000 <br /> square feet of buildings and related facilities. The building will be used primarily for the <br /> storage of agricultural products and secondarily for packing (transferring product from bins <br /> to cartons). The storage building will be used mostly during the winter months. <br /> The project is located on the west side of State Route 99, 500 feet north of Brunswick Rd, <br /> and north of the City of Manteca. The 11.5 acre parcel has a General Plan designation of <br /> A/G (General Agriculture) and is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum lot). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on .
