(2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not <br /> including landscaping along the street frontage. Three (3) trees shall be planted, <br /> evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21) <br /> 2. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. GRADING: A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit <br /> issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material. <br /> b. PARKING: The construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" <br /> sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed1/4i nch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (4) Provide one van parking space. <br /> c. RESTROOMS: Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> d.
