Project must conform with the appropriate edition of the Uniform Fire Code(currently,the <br /> 1997 edition)and all related standards. <br /> 2. Fire Department Facility Fee's are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule-Industrial/Commercial -$ .29 per sq. <br /> ft. <br /> 3. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building <br /> materials,requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression <br /> shall be provided in accordance with Section 901.3, Section 902.2.1, Section 903.2 and <br /> Section 8704 of the 1997 Uniform Fire Code. With the addition of this structure to the site, <br /> the total building square feet will now total more than 44,000 square feet. This site only has <br /> a retired 3000 gallon water tender for fire protection. Therefore, it is recommended by the <br /> fire district that a static water system be installed. For more information, the applicant should <br /> contact the fire district. <br /> 4. The Fire Access Road shall meet the San Joaquin County Public Works Standard. <br /> 5. Knox Box security key box shall be provided.
