SA-01-20 <br /> OF KULOIP SINGH (C/O MAURI KNAPP) <br /> -------- ------------------------------------------------ ----------------------- <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for a manufactured <br /> home sales lot with an existing 1,500 square foot building to be used as an office. The <br /> applicant proposes to operate from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. six days of the week and have <br /> approximately six manufactured homes on site for display. <br /> The project site is located at the southwest corner of South State Route 99 East Frontage Road <br /> and Lathrop Road, Lathrop. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments. <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-20 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is <br /> 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in <br /> force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishmentof the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
