A fee is <br /> required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a manufactured home sales lot with a 1,500 <br /> square foot office as shown on the Plan dated February 26, 2001. (Use Type: Equipment <br /> Sales and Repair, Leisure) <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to <br /> the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. (.67 spaces are required for every employee.) (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and <br /> twenty(20)feet long.
