A(part) , <br /> 1992) <br /> 17 . 13 . 030 Standards for determinations . Measurements <br /> necessary for enforcement of performance standards set <br /> forth in Section 17 .43 .040 of this chapter shall be taken <br /> at the following points : <br /> A. Except in the M-1 and M-2 districts, at the lot <br /> line of the establishment or use in any district . <br /> B. In the M-1 and M-2 districts, at the district <br /> boundary of five hundred feet to the exterior wall of the <br /> establishment or use, whichever is less . (Ord. 940 §1, Ex. <br /> A(part) , 1992) <br /> 17 .13 .040 Control of dancterous and objectionable <br /> conditions . A_ Noise. The maximum sound pressure level <br /> radiated by any use or facility at the points of measure- <br /> ment specified in Section 17 . 13 . 030, shall not exceed the <br /> computed noise level values specified in Table 3, after <br /> applying corrections, except that normal household appli- <br /> ances or equipment in use during the hours of seven a .m. to <br /> seven p.m. shall not be subject to these regulations . The <br /> sound pressure level shall be measured with a sound level <br /> meter and associated octave band analyzer meeting the Amer- k <br /> ican National Standards Institute's standard S1 . 4-1971 for ° <br /> Type 1 or Type 2 sound level meters or an instrument and <br /> the associated recording and analyzing equipment which will <br /> provide equivalent data. } <br /> The maximum permissible sound pressure levels at the <br /> points of measurement specified in Section 17 .13 .030 of <br /> this chapter, are shown below in Table 3 . <br /> 358-51 (Manteca 8/92) <br />
