Submit an application for a solid waste facility permit to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at the time of submittal <br /> to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water <br /> treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Submit an application for a solid waste facility permit to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 <br /> and 9-1115.9. <br /> 4. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: (Contact Person: J. R. Monty, 858-2331) <br /> a. The project must conform with the 1991 Uniform Fire Code and all related standards. <br /> b. All structures over 6,000 square feet shall conform with the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> C. Fire department facility fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (industrial/commercial @ $0.21 per <br /> square foot). <br /> d. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building <br /> materials, requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire <br /> suppression shall be provided in accordance with 1991 Uniform Fire Code Sections <br /> 10.201, 10.502, and 87.103. <br /> e. The fire access road shall meet the standards of the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> f.
