The facility will be both a CA redemption and a non-CA redemption <br /> facility for aluminum, glass, plastic, and bi-metal beverage containers. The facility will also handle paper <br /> products. This is a "buy back" facility operated under the basic guidelines of a Certified California <br /> Redemption Center. The primary customer base is residential. Materials will be brought to the recycling <br /> facility by the customers. The materials will be collected and stored for approximately one week in <br /> material containers to establish shippable loads.
