g. There shall be no truck or automobile parking associated with the approved use on State <br /> Route 99, West Frontage Road. <br /> h. One wall-mounted sign shall be permitted as a part of this approval. Sign details shall <br /> be consistent with Section 9-1710.4(b) of the Development Title and shall be included on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. Payment in the amount of $500.00 is due for the Traffic Generation Study and shall be <br /> paid prior to approval of the Final Certificate of Occupancy.
