A Use Permit application for an 8,972 square feet religious <br /> assembly building. Located on the southwest corner of Ponderosa Road and <br /> French Camp Road,French Camp(APN: 193-140-08;Address: 7960 S. <br /> Ponderosa Street,French Camp). <br /> Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner;Robert Hall,Ron Taylor,T.Daniel Place,L.G.Grissom,Jon Myers, <br /> and Steven Page of French Camp Kingdom Hall were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. Mr. Place asked what the total cost of <br /> fees would be in order to obtain the building permit. Mr.Karam explained how the Traffic Mitigation fees <br /> were calculated and asked Mr. Place to call him so he could give him a more accurate figure on the fees. <br /> Mr. Huggins reviewed the Environmental Health Department requirements. Mr. Place informed <br /> Mr. Huggins that they had obtained a will serve from the City of Stockton for city water. <br /> Mr. Darrow reviewed the Building Code requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley suggested that the applicants contact Mr.Steve Dalton regarding the Uniform Fire Code <br /> requirements. <br /> Mr. Van Buren informed the applicants that the item may be recommended to be listed on consent at the <br /> Planning Commission hearing. Mr. Van Buren explained the Public Hearing process of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 2:30 p.m. 8. USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. PA-0200285(UP)OF FRANZIA <br /> JJ WINERY LLC. A Use Permit application to expand an existing large winery <br /> onto the 78 acre parcel to the west,construct a 124,560 square foot warehouse, <br /> and relocate an access road from State Route 120 to Murphy Road. <br /> Located on the south side of East State Route 120,2,000 feet east of South <br /> Murphy Road(APN:245-060-15;Address: 17000 East State Route 120 <br /> Highway,Ripon). <br /> Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner;Dwight Davis,Franzia Winery,LLC were present for this project. <br /> Ms.Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Ms. Jolley and Mr. Davis discussed reducing the number of parking spaces.Ms.Jolley indicated that she <br /> would review the letter submitted by Mr. Davis regarding the reduction request. <br /> Mr. Darrow reviewed the Uniform Building Code and informed Mr. Davis that there will need to be <br /> parking provided for the physically disabled, and that he will need to provide restrooms conforming with <br /> all disabled access requirements. Ms.Jolley indicated that she would check on how many handicap <br /> parking spaces will be required. <br /> Mr, Karam reviewed the Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees. <br />
