MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 5-01-057 `' Z <br /> WOODBRIDGE PARTNERS INC. <br /> VICTOR FINE FOODS FACILITY <br /> FOR CLOSURE OF SURFACE IMPOUNDMENTS AND INJECTION WELL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> herein or by the waste discharge requirements shall be reported to the Board. <br /> B. REQUIRED MONITORING REPORTS <br /> a. Water Quality Protection Standard Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit the "Water Quality Protection Standard" report for review and <br /> approval by RWQCB staff. <br /> b. Detection Monitoring Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit detection monitoring reports semi-annually. The reports are <br /> due on 15th day of the month following the calendar quarter in which the samples were <br /> taken. Thus, the first and second semi-annual monitoring reports are due 15 July and 15 <br /> January, respectively. <br /> C. Evaluation Monitoring Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit evaluation monitoring reports semi-annually. The reports are <br /> due on 15th day of the month following the calendar quarter in which the samples were <br /> taken. Thus, the first and second semi-annual monitoring reports are due 15 July and 15 <br /> January, respectively. <br /> d. Annual Monitoring Summary Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit the Annual Monitoring Summary Report to the Board by 31 <br /> January each year. <br /> e. Constituents-of-Concern (COC) 5-Year Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit reports of the results of groundwater monitoring for the <br /> Constituents of Concern every five years, or more frequently if required. The initial COC <br /> Report is due at the end of the first full quarter after these WDRs are adopted. The <br /> succeeding groundwater monitoring for COC Report shall alternate between the Fall and <br /> Spring seasons. The COC Report may be combined with a Detection Monitoring Report or <br /> an Annual Summary Report having a Reporting Period that ends at the same time. <br /> C. STANDARD OBSERVATIONS <br /> Each monitoring report shall include a summary and certification of completion of all Standard <br /> Observations for the surface impoundments until they are closed, and after closure for the surface <br /> expression of the impoundments. The standard observations shall be performed on a monthly <br /> basis and shall include those elements as defined in the Standard Provisions and Reporting <br /> Requirements. <br />
