(1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> f. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project.- <br /> (1) <br /> roject:(1) Interior noise levels shall not exceed 45 dB.Ldn. (Table 9-1025.9 of the <br /> Development Title). <br /> g. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) All drawings shall be prepared by an architect or engineer. <br /> (2) The multi-purpose building is classified as an A2.1 occupancy and as such, will <br /> need to be of type V-one hour construction or have fire sprinklers as a substitute <br /> for the one-hour requirement. <br /> (3) A one-hour fire wall shall be used between the classrooms and the multi- <br /> purpose building. <br /> (4) Demolish fire damage portions of existing buildings to the south. Secure all <br /> abandoned buildings that are to remain. <br /> (5) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> (6) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (7) Parking shall be on the building side of the driveway. <br /> (8) All buildings shall be handicapped accessible. <br /> h. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for <br /> a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> A. Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code (public water mains). <br /> (2) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of <br /> the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br />
