Environmental Health Division does not have provisions in San <br /> Joaquin County ordinance codes or EHD Well and Sewage Standards for the provision of <br /> temporary water use and sewage disposal. Water to be provided shall meet the requirements of <br /> California Safe Drinking Water Act. The proposed use of holding tanks for sewage disposal is <br /> not provided in E•Ill)Sewage Standards. In addition,there is no mechanism for ongoing <br /> monitoring of the holding tanks by EHD. <br /> In the event the Planning Commission and/or the Board of Supervisors makes the findings to <br /> support this project, EHD requests the following conditions be incorporated into the final <br /> conditions of approval: <br /> A. The provision for temporary sewage disposatcan only be supported if the restroom <br /> facilities arc provided with above ground holding tanks.
