Com MAY 2 2 2001
mY LleyeNii,bill 11
May 21, 2001
Mr.Jeff Fisher
San Joaquin County
Community Development
1810 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, Ca 95205
Dear Mr. Jeff Fisher:
Regarding Application Number: SA-01-43—We live on Clarksdale
Road and my Mom, Marie Goehring and my brother David Goehring
live on Clarksdale Road next to the proposed site. My Mom does not
want expansion of the School because it would be too noisy for her. My
brother said the school now has a lot of garbage in back next to them,
their fence needs repairs, also there are abandoned ponds that are not
safe for children .
My name is Loretta Webb, we live further down on Clarksdale Road. I
am opposed to the School expansion because of many reasons:
1. The abandoned ponds and the broken fence should of been taken
care of years ago—they were not and I'm afraid they will do
something else I do not like—they are not good neighblors!!
2. The Frontage Road and Clarksdale Road can not tolerate any more
Traffic. I have a lot of trouble going on to the Frontage Road
because of the School Traffic. We live on a dead end road and there
is no other way to exit .
3. When the Grape Harvest is upon us it will be very unsafe for
increased School traffic. There is bad curve on the Frontage Road
by California Concentrate. The big trucks are there and there is
hardly any parking. I see big problems of someone getting hurt and
we do not want that to happen. It already is a big problem now. We
feel increased School traffic problems will cause someone to lose
their life.
My husband, Phillip Webb is also opposed to the school expansion.
