Applicant (school owner/operator) shall make application
to Environmental Health Division for a public water system with the appropriate fee as
provided in the California Health and Safety Code, Section 116570 prior to issuance of
building permits.
NOTE: The site is currently undergoing site mitigation activities for the abandoned underground
storage tanks with oversight by Environmental Health Division. At this time, it is
anticipated that the minimal investigation would take place at the proposed school site.
C.
