Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 5. Open, pump, and backfill the existing residence septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 6. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochioropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 7. The wells must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) Using clean fill material, fill in the shallow vault around the irrigation well <br /> casing. <br /> (b) Provide a cement pedestal around the irrigation well casing. <br /> (c) Properly seal the existing domestic well. <br /> (d) Repair the cement pedestal for the existing domestic well. <br /> 9. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-11 15.9. <br />
