The first phase of the <br /> project is composed of the construction of a 30,000-square-foot one-story building to contain classrooms, <br /> a 500-seat worship center, and the installation of a cross tower. The second phase of the project is <br /> composed of the construction of a 20,000-square-foot two-story building for office, classroom, and <br /> recreation uses and will also include the conversion of classrooms in the Phase 1 building to a worship <br /> center, increasing the seating capacity to 990 seats. Parking will be phased to coincide with the number <br /> of seats in the worship center and areas devoted to other uses on the site. The site's existing garage and <br /> residence will be demolished during the first and second phases, respectively, of the project. <br /> The facility is proposed to operate for three hours every Sunday morning (employing five people), three <br /> hours during occasional weekday evening meetings (employing two people), and unspecified hours for <br /> miscellaneous weekday meetings(employing two people). The applicant states that the weekday evening <br /> meetings will draw approximately 200 people, and the weekday meetings will draw about 50 people, in <br /> addition to the employees.
