(2) Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (3) Parking shall be provided for the approved use as follows and may be installed <br /> in compliance with the approved phases : .33 space for each fixed seat in the <br /> approved worship facilities; four spaces for each 1,000 square feet of <br /> administrative offices that are used concurrently with the worship facilities; one <br /> space for each 1,000 square feet and .20 space for each participant in all <br /> accessory, multi-purpose buildings; and one space for each employee at the <br /> facility while the worship facilities are in use. <br /> (4) Accessible parking spaces, including van spaces, shall be provided according to <br /> the requirements of Section 9-1015.10 of the Development Title. <br /> (5) The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. Parking calculations, <br /> details, and phasing information shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (6) The parking may be installed in phases to correspond to the approved phasing <br /> of the project. <br /> (7) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width, shall be installed across the site's frontages on Winery Road and State <br /> Route 99 West Frontage Road. The strip shall be continuous except where <br /> crossed by driveways and walkways. All areas not used for buildings, parking, <br /> driveways, walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.8). The required landscaping shall be installed <br /> prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the first phase of the <br /> approved project. Landscape details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of <br /> the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. Undeveloped portions <br /> of the project site shall be maintained to prevent the creation of dust or erosion <br /> and shall not become a health hazard. <br /> (2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Trees shall be planted and evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. A five-foot-wide planting strip is required in the <br /> parking lot along the south property line. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> (3) The required landscaping may be installed in phases to correspond with the <br /> approved phasing of the project.
