The project site is located on the south side of Woodbridge Road, 600 feet <br /> east of State route 99 (SR-99), north of Lodi (APN 017-090-02 &35) The Department has the <br /> following comments: <br /> Please prepare and submit for Caltrans review and comment a traffic impact study(TIS). A TIS <br /> is necessary to determine this proposed project's near-te11n and long-term impacts to State <br /> facilities —both existing and proposed—and to propose appropriate mitigation measures. The <br /> Department recommends that the study be prepared in accordance with the Caltrans Guide for <br /> the Preparation of Traffic Impact Studies, dated December 2002 (Guide). <br /> The following interchanges and ramps including adjacent fiontage roads need to be evaluated: <br /> • SR-99/north & southbound on& off ramps at Clarksdale <br /> • SR-99/north& southbound on & off ramps at Woodbridge Road <br /> • Intersection at Clarksdale/Frontage Road <br /> • Intersection of Woodbridge Road/Frontage Road <br /> Use Synchro/Sim Traffic version 7.0 to provide detailed traffic operations analyses. <br /> "Caltrans improves mobility across Caltfornla" <br />
