Hwy 99,Ripon Attention: Jason Jones The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be submitted at the time of application for the Zone Reclassification Amendment to the Environmental Health Department. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted at the time of application for the Zone Reclassification Amendment to the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). MH 0
