DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff contact: Alex Chetley, 209-468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permit. <br /> d. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Pian Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish <br /> Floor elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> (ii) The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of <br /> common development, therefore Best Management Practices (BMP's) shall be followed during the <br /> construction phase of the project to prevent storm water pollution. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff contact: Michael F. Escotto, 209-468-3443) <br /> a. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank <br /> practices or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required. <br /> A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. A permit to temporarily close the underground storage tank system must be obtained from this <br /> department prior to disconnecting the monitoring system.
