Site has contamination from previous gas <br /> station use and must have work plan and required clean closure letter from Local Oversight <br /> Program of the Environmental Health Division. If applicant can provide adequate <br /> Environmental reports. then the below requirements will be required. <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title. Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> B. A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements of the Environmental <br /> Health Division and the Department of Public Works. The water system shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.21). <br /> C. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> D. Submission of three (3) sets food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to the beginning construction.
