Maps entitled"DBCP and Nitrate—Land Use"available in the Environmental Health Department's office were consulted and contained the following chemical concentrations information in the area of the subject property: The subject property is in an area where no Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) concentrations have been detected. The subject property is also in an area known to contain 21 to 44 parts per million Nitrate concentrations. 7.0 Past Septic Systems Installation Study: Existing San Joaquin County records of septic system permits in the immediate area of the subject property were reviewed. A total of ten (10) septic permits were reviewed. Five (5) of the permits reviewed were permits for initial, new septic systems. Three (3) of the permits reviewed were adding to the existing system and the remaining two (2)permits were for repairing the existing in- place septic system. No septic permits were found for the subject property. . All of the permits reviewed specified pit septic systems and were constructed between June 12, 1974 and September 26, 2002.
