Therefore, we <br /> strongly recommend that Impact, Developer, and/or Fair Share Fees be collected and <br /> deposited with the lead agency to pay for future infrastructure upgrades and/or other <br /> impacts at the interchange of Collier Road and State Route 99. <br /> • In addition, we suggest that the County continue to coordinate and consult with the <br /> Department to identify and address potential transportation impacts near this vicinity <br /> when other development projects are being planned. This will ensure that any <br /> potential issues/concerns on this and other projects do not conflict with our future <br /> transportation corridor improvement plans. <br /> Please remember that the number of future development projects near this corridor will <br /> increase existing ambient air and noise pollution levels within the San Joaquin County <br /> area. We may be able to address the noise pollution levels through sound attenuating <br /> devices, but not air pollution.
