Include description of type of well sampled <br /> and where the sample was obtained from. <br /> 4.5/4.6 Water samples are required to be obtained from a third party sampler. Lab results indicate purveyor <br /> obtained sample. Provide additional information as noted on check list. <br /> 5.1 The location of the soil profile pit should be indicated on a site map. <br /> 5.4 A description and discussion of the site specific soil lithology, as evidenced by the on-site soil <br /> profile should be included in the body of the report,in addition to the appendices. Additional <br /> discussion is warranted on the relationship of the on-site soil lithology noted and the potential <br /> maximum septic tank usage on the parcels. <br /> 6.6/6.7 Additional discussion is warranted on the percolation rates noted on the parcels in relation to the <br /> type and siting of future septic systems for the parcels.
