Surface and Subsurface Commination Regort ***'s**** APN: 005-09-53 **�-'�***Parcel Nos. 1 and 2 <br /> The conditions seen and noted are best described and recorded by the colored <br /> photographs I took and these pictures are identified by numbers contained in Appendix I <br /> which is attached to and made an integral part of this report. A description of what is <br /> being viewed in the numbered photographs, as well as the direction of viewing, is <br /> detailed as follows: <br /> UA) & OB)Looking east along the north boundary of Parcel 1 from near the northwest <br /> corner of Parcel 1. <br /> (LCJ About midway on the east to west boundary looking south at the existing home site. <br /> JLDI About midway on the west boundary of Parcel 1 looking east at the existing home <br /> site. <br /> u On the west boundary of Parcel 1 looking east down the driveway leading to the <br /> existing home site. <br /> At the northeast comer of Parcel 1 looking south along the east boundary of Parcel <br /> 1. <br /> (20 At the northeast comer of Parcell looking southwest. <br /> At the southeast comer of Parcel 2 looking north along the easterly boundary of <br /> Parcel 2. <br /> At the southeast corner of Parcel 2 looking northwest. <br /> JLBA At the southwest comer of Parcel 2 looking north. <br /> (3C)At the southwest comer of Parcel 2 looking northeast. <br /> No ground discoloration or spillages of chemicals were found during the field <br /> search.. On the date of the field search no pesticides, herbicides,chemicals or fertilizers <br /> were found on the subject property. <br /> No overhead fuel dispensing tanks were found on the subject property. <br /> Also the visual above ground property search did not reveal any vent pipes, <br /> indentation areas or other evidences of below ground contaminant sources. However,no <br /> below ground excavations were made as a part of the property search. <br /> Possible Septic Contamination: Existing San Joaquin County records of septic system <br /> permits in the general area of the subject property were reviewed. A total of ten(10) <br /> septic permits were reviewed. Three (3)of the reviewed permits were for adding to <br /> existing systems. Six(6)of the reviewed permits were for constructing new installations. <br /> One of the permits reviewed was for the subject property and involved installing three(3) <br /> leach lines each 40' in length with three(3)pits at their ends, each thirty-three(33) <br /> inches in diameter and twenty-five (25) feet in depth. The property owner informed me <br /> that this existing facility was abandoned and replaced this summer to accommodate a lot <br /> line adjustment but the permit was not found in the records that I searched. <br /> The three (3) permits studied for adding to the existing systems involved <br /> installing leach lines varying from forty (40) feet to one hundred(100)feet in length with <br /> pits varying from thirty-three(33) inches to forty-eight(48) inches in diameter and all <br /> pits were twenty-five (25) feet deep. <br /> Rnhnrt W Tnwere -95R79 Nn Ctate Rte 99 F Vmntaoe Rnad- Aramnn-Califnmia 95920 9 <br />
