This report is not equivalent to a Phase <br /> I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM El527-00or El 527-05. NOA specifically <br /> Ldisclaims any responsibility for any unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L Ll Description of Site <br /> ✓ The subject property is located on the West Frontage Road of Highway 99, approximately 350 feet <br /> north of East Spiess Road,and approximately 900 feet south of Liberty Road. The property consists <br /> of one 2.00 acre parcel(APN 005-350-11) at 3231 East Spiess Road, and one 5.36 acre parcel (APN <br /> L005-090-68) at 26609 St. Rt. 99 West Frontage Road,for a total of 7.36 acres. <br /> ✓According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> property is zoned R/R (Rutal Residential). This zoning designation is described as "'Phis zone is <br /> intended to provide for large lot rural homesites within or adjacent to existing Rural Communities. Lots <br /> will generally have sufficient area to allow for individual water supply,sewage disposal,and storm water <br /> drainage,but not to support significant commercial agriculture." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
