San Joaquin County requires that the current (and former, in some cases) owners of the property be interviewed regarding any environmental knowledge of the property they may possess. The attached two-part questionnaire is designed to supplement the interview requirement of the 55CR. Part 1 includes questions which relate specifically to the usor"s responsibilities, and to additional information sources which will be useful to us in completing our Investigation most efficiently.
