It is unknown how the <br /> containers struck the vehicles. The two vehicles were decontaminated with water and two victims, Lisa Prows and Jo Peazza <br /> were decontaminated by washing their hands with soap and water. Spilled materials were referred to CalTrans, District 10, <br /> however, no liquid was observed on the freeway.
