(2) A minimum 9 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 handicap accessible space, which <br /> shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary <br /> entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (2 spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area. .5 <br /> spaces are required for every employee.) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six(6)to eight(8)feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2)feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> i SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5)feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cutoff(snipe). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2[g)) <br /> j. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.
