Until <br /> this -Information is provided; I am not in a position to spend <br /> anymore time on this project. It is suggested that you enlist <br /> the aid of a professional engineer to take the lead on this <br /> project and help bring this to a mutually satisfactory <br /> conclusion. Failure to follow through and provide the <br /> information as requested within the next 30 days from the date of <br /> this letter, will leave no alternative but to deny this <br /> application. The other option for you to consider is to withdraw <br /> the application. if withdrawn, the application may be <br /> reinitiated within 13 months in accordance with Section 9-240 . 12 <br /> of the Development Title.
