If the mobilehome has been removed, please so advise as soon as possible. If the mobilehome is still on the property, the permit must be renewed prior to 08/30/1996 . To renew your mobilehome permit, you must submit the following: 1. A completed application form (copy enclosed) 2 . A fee of $100 . 00 (make check payable to the "San Joaquin County Treasurer") The renewal application may be mailed or brought into this department. If you fail to respond by the date noted, a new application along with applicable fees will be required. All mobilehome permits approved after April 23 , 1990 are subject to Traffic Mitigation Impact Fees. All mobilehome permits approved after July 7 , 1991 may be subject to Water Impact Mitigation Fees. Please contact the Department of Public Works at 468-3000 if you have any questions regarding these fees. If you have any questions regarding the renewal of this mobilehome permit, please call our office at 468-3120.
