SA-96-17 <br /> STATE ROUTE 99 EAST FRONTAGE ROAD NORTH OF MUNFORD AVENUE <br /> The City of Stockton has reveiwed the subject application and offers the following comments: <br /> 1. The maximum driveway width should not exceed 40' for any driveway. <br /> 2. All on-site roadways should be paved with all-weather surfacing to avoid tracking <br /> mud or dirt onto the public roadway. <br /> 3 .Frontage improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter and sidewalk <br /> installation, pavement widening, and street light installation shall be installed <br /> prior to occupancy of any buildings on this site. Should installation of these <br /> improvements prove not practical due to existing physical constraints, the <br /> owner/developer shall enter into a Deferred Improvement Agreement whereby the <br /> owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at such time as it is <br /> practical. <br /> 4. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> 5.
