t . <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-96-419 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-95-7 OF SAN <br /> JOAQUIN COUNTY AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-96-1 OF OLDCASTLE <br /> PRECAST, INC. , <br /> WHEREAS, on February 15, 1996 and June 13 , 1996, the San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Commission considered these matters; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 1996, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that General Plan Amendments Nos.
