ZR-96-1 OF OLDCASTLE PRECAST, <br /> INC. : A General Plan Map Amendment from I/L (Limited <br /> Industrial) to I/G (General Industrial) and a Zone <br /> Reclassification from I-L to I-G for a 27.9-acre site. The <br /> project site is located on the east side of State Route 99 <br /> East Frontage Road, 500 feet north of Munford Avenue, <br /> southeast Stockton (Supervisorial District 4) . <br /> Chandler Martin, Associate Planner, introduced the staff report <br /> into the record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: <br /> PROPONENTS: <br /> Cy Thomson (2960 S. State Route 99, Stockton) , General Manager for <br /> Oldcastle, said this facility has been there for many years. They <br /> lease the trucking facility space. The trucking activity will <br /> remain the same. They own the wells, which are connected to public <br /> water. <br /> OPPONENTS: None were present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: <br /> MOTION: <br /> Moved, seconded (Carter/Stockar) , and passed by a unanimous roll <br /> call vote (6-0; Zunino, absent) to: <br /> 1. Forward the Negative Declaration to the Board of Supervisors <br /> with a recommendation of adoption; <br /> 2 . Forward General Plan Map Amendment No. GP-96-1 to the Board of <br /> Supervisors with a recommendation of approval based on the <br /> ability to make the required "Basis for General Plan Map <br /> Amendment; " and <br /> 3 . Forward Zone Reclassification No. ZR-96-1 to the Board of <br /> Supervisors with a recommendation for approval based on the <br /> ability to make the required "Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification.
