STATE ROUTE 99 WEST FRONTAGE RD. (APN 179-090-121 (PA-0400532) (SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer should be aware that should the San Joaquin County require this <br /> development be served by City of Stockton Sewer lines and/ortreatment facilities,and if <br /> the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan,the property owner shall be <br /> required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required <br /> to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the property <br /> is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, the <br /> owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of the sewer <br /> main to serve this development, as required, to meet City standards. <br /> 2. The proposed development lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community <br /> Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of <br /> receiving City of Stockton sewer service, the property owner must annex to the District <br /> (sign the CFD 90-1 MOU)and pay the District annexation fee (currently$9,701.67/acre <br /> based on the acreage as determined by the legal map size) prior to building permit <br /> issuance. Please contact Dennis Merkel in the City of Stockton Permit Center at (209) <br /> 937-8546 for further details. <br /> 3. The owner/developer should dedicate appropriate right-of-way along the State Route 99 <br /> West Frontage Road, within the limits of this development, sufficient to accommodate <br /> future widening of Highway 99 as identified in the approved Project Study Report for this <br /> area. Further,the owner/developer should install full frontage improvements along Stat6tockton <br /> Route 99 West Frontage Road adjacent the site, including, but not limited to, curb, 11111110111 <br /> I I IF <br /> 1990 <br />
