(2) A minimum of 20 parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) handicapped accessible <br /> space. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.8) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the northern <br /> property line of APN # 179-090-12 (Development Title Section 1022 4[d][11) <br /> (2) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the western <br /> property line of APN # 179-090-12 at the time the abutting parcel to the west is developed <br /> residentially.
