The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,390.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. The total fee due is$3,475.00. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$651.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The total fee due is $1,627.50. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 9. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre but are part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, 99-08-DWO). Project is in the Phase 11 NPDES permit area and NPDES fees shall apply. 10. All new structures and/or substantial improvements shall be elevated a minimum of two (2) feet above the immediate adjacent natural grade. 11. Applicant shall provide a written statement to the Department of Public Works stating that Surface Transportation Assistance Act(STAR)type trucks will not be used as a part of the proposed operation.
