Raymond Hoo -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-07-321 (SA) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,557.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Service Commercial generated in the Stockton area. The total fee due is$3,892.50. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,390.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. <br /> The total fee due is$3,475.00. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$651.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The total fee due is $1,627.50. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 9. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre but are <br /> part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity <br /> (Construction General Permit, 99-08-DWO). Project is in the Phase 11 NPDES permit area and NPDES <br /> fees shall apply. <br /> 10. All new structures and/or substantial improvements shall be elevated a minimum of two (2) feet above the <br /> immediate adjacent natural grade. <br /> 11.
