BUILDING DIVISION The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description. There does not appear to be any major problems associated with the proposed construction as shown. A building permit will be required and the appropriate submittal documents prepared by a registered engineer or licensed architect shall be submitted for complete review and approval. ❑ The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description and has noted the following issues that must be addressed. OCCUPANCY: (classify proposed and existing) Proposed occupancy: Group JU M Division — 1 —/ Existing occupancy: Group _P 5 Division - I L� The proposed use will change the occupancy from atf 4* ti-( occupancy to a ,-F-t- M-I occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. An occupancy separation of hour is required to separate the occupancy from the occupancy. AREA: F-1 The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform Building Code for a ( ) occupancy or type ( ) construction.
