SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-95-2 OF <br /> CTM JIMMIE WINCHELL (C/O CENTRAL VALLEY STEAM <br /> CLEANING) . <br /> Associate Planner, Chandler Martin; Larry Caprio and Randy <br /> McNurlin were present for this item. <br /> Chandler handed out additional memos from the Department of <br /> Public Works and the Community Development Department. Chandler <br /> also handed out a memo from the Air Pollution Control District. <br /> Chandler indicated that the Department wanted to make sure that <br /> this project did not become a truck stop as it is a different use <br /> under the Planning Title. Applicants indicated that it would <br /> not. <br /> Applicant indicated that they do not intend to have a sit down <br /> service with the deli. <br /> Dick explained and reviewed and Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees. <br /> Dick advised applicants to contact Stacey Mortensen or Brian <br /> Schmidt with the Transportation Division of the Department of <br /> Public Works regarding the traffic study. <br /> Tom and Chandler discussed the traffic study. Tom indicated that <br /> they did not want the trucks stacking into the roadway. The <br /> applicants will discuss the project with Mike Huggins of <br /> Environmental Health. The applicants may revise the project to <br /> eliminate the requirements for a traffic study and a sewer <br /> treatment plant. <br /> Chandler provided applicants with the County' s sign regulations. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br />
