STATE ROUTE 99, W FRONTAGE RD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> OUR PROJECT NUMBER: LGS080005 <br />• Our office was contracted by Javier Perez to conduct a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> (SS/NLS) for the property at 3721 S. State Route 99, W Frontage Rd, Stockton, California. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, the <br /> EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist and Nitrate Loading Study Requirements <br /> Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.0 SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> 1.1 Introduction and Proposed Development <br /> The Soil Suitability Study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for <br /> use with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development code. A major element of the field work <br /> included conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by <br /> San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information, geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use <br /> with a septic system. <br /> f <br /> 1.1.1 Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 179-150-26. The parcel is 0.49 acres in size <br /> (Plate 1). The County application number is PA-07-396. The Site is currently a semi-paved <br /> vacant lot. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map, is <br /> between approximately 25 to 30 feet above mean sea level and grades gently up towards the <br /> west. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department (www.co.san- <br /> joaquin.ca.us), the subject property is zoned AG-10, general agriculture with a minimum parcel <br /> 902 Industrial Way•Lodi,CA 95240•209.367.3701 •Fax 209.369.4228 02008 Neil O.Anderson&Associates.Inc <br />
